Where the standard Redbreast 12 Year is approachable and elegant, the Cask Strength edition is intense, layered, and deeply rewarding — a whiskey that reveals new dimensions with every sip.

ABV: Cask Strength (varies by batch) | Age: 12 Years | Size: 750ml

Tasting Notes
Nose: Fuji apple, plum, honeysuckle, orange blossom, toasted almond, warm pot still spice
Palate: Rich and intense — orchard fruit, dried fruit, vanilla, baking spice, full cask strength pot still depth
Finish: Long and warming — fruit and spice fading with a rich, non-chill filtered Irish pot still close

FAQs

What does non-chill filtered mean?
Most whiskeys are chill filtered before bottling to prevent cloudiness when ice is added — a process that removes some flavor compounds.
